Whether you're celebrating their authenticity\, navigating changes in your relationship\, or seeking to better understand their identity\, this group provides a compassionate community where you can share\, learn\, and grow. \nTogether\, we will explore topics such as communication\, relationship dynamics\, self-care\, and allyship\, all while centering the diverse lived experiences of our participants. Facilitated by trained leaders\, this group offers a space to ask questions\, process feelings\, and connect with others who understand the joys and challenges of walking this path. \nCome as you are\, and join us in fostering understanding\, resilience\, and meaningful connections. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nMonthly registration is strongly encouraged to help us maintain up-to-date utilization records and reach you if there is a last-minute change for the support group.\nYou can register HERE.

As part of his Master's practicum\, these hour-long Ashtanga-style yoga classes (no heat or music) include physical postures (asana) and light breathwork (pranayama) to help you recover\, focus\, and feel great. All we ask is that you commit to attending one class per week for 6 weeks\, and complete three quick surveys (pre\, mid\, post) to help with the research. Classes are designed to help practitioners improve mobility\, enhance concentration\, develop their own practice\, and build community connection in a relaxed setting. \nReady to roll out your mat? DESCRIPTION:Join us the fourth Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8pm for a Queer meditation practice in the Thich Nhat Hanh Plum Village mindfulness lineage. This is sponsored by the Denver Eyes of Compassion Sangha and Wake Up Denver Young Adult Sangha and welcomes all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. No prior meditation experience is needed. DESCRIPTION:Are you stressed about social and political changes you hear about? \nDo you find yourself excessively worrying about the cultural climate? \nDo you find yourself feeling hopeless in response to what you see in news or social media? \nLed by licensed clinical psychologist\, Dr. Alex Ertl\, the purpose of this group is to create a space where people (adults 18+) can give and receive support for distress they experience in response to cultural and political changes happening locally\, nationally\, and globally.     \n\nWhen: Thursdays\, 5:15-6:30 p.m. MST starting June 19\, 2025\nFrequency: Meets weekly for 6 weeks\nWhere: 100% virtual for participants in over 40 states\nCost: $75/group; $450 for 6-weeks*\n\n*Payment is required to hold your spot in the group.
