PFLAG Denver's SOFFA group acknowledges that sometimes those closest to a transgender\, nonbinary\, or gender nonconforming person may need assistance to better provide support. Regardless of where you are on your allyship journey\, our peer-led groups provide brave space for you to adapt and develop expanded capacities of empathy and understanding. Through each other's stories\, we gain perspective\, we hold accountability\, and we celebrate joys. We learn coping strategies that can foster personal growth and resilience so that we may better support our loved ones. The collective insights and shared strength found in SOFFA can help individuals navigate their difficulties with increased emotional support and a sense of community\, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being and healing journey. \nMonthly registration is strongly encouraged to help us maintain up-to-date utilization records and reach you if there is a last-minute change for the support group.\nYou can register HERE.
