The Outreach team will discuss options for how results are delivered to clients. \nHow does one make an appointment? What days can one make an appointment? What are the general hours testing is available? \nAppointments are typically offered Wednesdays from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and Thursdays from 12:00 - 4:00 PM. The group operates based on important and fundamental concepts about sexuality and ages. Older adults can examine and possibly change the “sexual scripts” they have learned from childhood about to think and behave as sexual people. Many of these scripts are not relevant for older adults. Additionally\, sex is more than intercourse. The Outreach team will discuss options for how results are delivered to clients. \nHow does one make an appointment? What days can one make an appointment? What are the general hours testing is available? \nAppointments are typically offered Wednesdays from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and Thursdays from 12:00 - 4:00 PM. No signup necessary. This workshop will use a variety of mindfulness exercises and expressive arts-based activities to promote relaxation\, self-compassion\, emotional self-awareness and mental well-being. \nIn this workshop you will: \n\nCultivate kindness and compassion for yourself\nExplore mindfulness practices to promote well-being\nExpress your inner experiences and feelings through art-making\n\n*This workshop is sponsored by Colorado Artists in Recovery (CAiR). CAiR promotes an inclusive and creative recovery community for folks affected by substance use and mental health.
