DESCRIPTION:2026 Stories of Queer Joy: A Queer Film-Making Intensive\nLove writing\, videography\, acting\, storytelling\, and overall filmmaking? Join our week long queer film making intensive where you will collaborate with industry professionals to learn the fundamentals of filmmaking (preproduction\, production\, and post-production) and create original short films! \nWe provide industry professional instructors\, equipment\, and curriculum so that you get the hands-on experience and skills needed to start as a filmmaker. Each student will have the opportunity to assume different roles within filmmaking and create a pride-centered film telling queer stories. All experiences are welcome. \nThe program will culminate with a red carpet screening to celebrate your cinematic creation on Sunday\, August 2. \nPlease note that there are 24 slots available for this program.
