As the organizers of Denver PrideFest, The Center hopes all our guests can celebrate in pride. We believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and that more can be accomplished through dialogue than through conflict.

Coors’ commitment and service to the LGBTQ community is long-standing, having earned a perfect 100% on the HRC Corporate Equality Index for 15 years in a row. Coors was one of the first companies to offer same sex domestic partner benefits and was named the Corporation of the Year by the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce in 2015.

Just as important, Coors has stepped up to support the community at critical moments, signing on the Marriage Equality Act in 2015 and donating $50,000 to the Pulse Victims Fund in 2016. Investing more than $300,000 annually in support of more than a dozen LGBTQ organizations around the country, Coors has funded anti-violence initiatives, services for people living with HIV/AIDS, and national athletic programs for the LGBTQ community. In addition to the Denver PrideFest Parade, Coors also supports Pride parades in many other cities.

“Long-standing partnerships like the one we have with MillerCoors are essential to advancing our causes, growing impact and providing the level of support the community has come to expect from us,” says Debra Pollock, CEO of The Center.

Creating equitable and affirming employment opportunities for LGBTQ people is an important focus of The Center's work. Our RANGE consulting program works with corporations, government agencies, health care providers, and nonprofits works to incorporate LGBTQ inclusion into every aspect of their business and strategic plans. We work together to build inclusive policies and systems, solve common LGBTQ related workplace issues, and maintain legal compliance.

We are grateful to Coors and all our corporate partners who support our community and provide a workplace that allows LGBTQ employees to be themselves.
